We are very grateful to Anne-Marie Daris who volunteers as a Database Associate for CrisisLink's 2-1-1 Information & Referral service. Anne-Marie volunteers for 3 hours each week, playing an integral part in updating our database of nearly 7,000 agencies and organizations in the region.
Anne-Marie checks in with local agencies on a bi-weekly basis so that our Community Resource Specialists are aware of agencies with funding, so as to ensure accurate referrals to callers.
In the last two months, Anne-Marie has helped formally update nearly 100 programs and agencies. She has also been essential in reaching out to local agencies to increase visibility and awareness of the 2-1-1 service.
Michael Eisenhauer, 2-1-1 Project Manager, notes "everyone on the 2-1-1 team is grateful to Anne-Marie for her many contributions and her service to CrisisLink. Her presence brightens the call center every week that she is with us!"
