Congratulations to volunteer Crisis Counselor Mari Garbliauskas on the birth of her daughter Julia Viktoria! Julia Voktoria arrived this past Saturday, Feb. 19 at 10:30pm. She weighed 8 lbs, 1 oz and was 21.25 inches tall. Mommy and baby are doing great!
