For Kayla Fang, being a volunteer with CrisisLink has been a "life-changing" experience. Every week for a few hours, Fang works with the nonprofit by answering phone calls to the hotline. Answering those critical calls for help is one of the services provided by the Arlington-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to save lives and prevent tragedies by providing immediate assistance to individuals facing serious life crises, trauma and suicide.
